4 months back .. I went out on a limb and tried atleast 3 book subscriptions .. Although they claim flashy and unique things are included in the book box .. What you are looking for is that book box arriving consistently and not have the anxiety of worrying if the box has been shipped and if it will ever arrive. I am not a big fan of the anxiety. KK has been consistent everymonth for monthly subscription and even for the one off book boxes.
I really like that consistency about Kaffeinated Konversations and the focus on getting a theme and selection of books right for a month and not having to highlight the goodies alone. Also like the fact that KK boxes goodies are more functional and not just trinkets.
And I think that is how a “Subscription” book box should be.

This was my first subscription box with Kaffeinated Konversations and being a very big fan of mythology this theme for the month of december was perfect for me and what I really loved about this box was how it was simple, cool and magical all at the same time. You can see how much love they put into curating these boxes and personally I really loved the books and the other goodies that came along. It’s my birthday this month and this box was a much more than what I wanted and most of the goodies were local and kudos to the team for promoting local businesses I really loved this whole experience. I’m going to keep coming back for more.

Since quite some time, i had been searching everywhere for the perfect gift, for my daughter, something which is entertaining yet educational, when i came across the mythofic box curated by Team KK.
It is not often that i find book boxes curated for young readers. And to see books based on the little known aspects our culture, suitable for readers young and old, meant that the box was an instant buy for me.
The best part was that the box arrived right in time for her birthday and it was so lovely surprising her with it💕.
We both couldn’t stop gushing about the beautifully gift wrapped books and the fact that she received her first ever author-signed book😭!! The intricately designed mask was a pleasant surprise.
The hand crafted key chain and bookmark were so gorgeous and she immediately put them to use. And how can I forget the lovely handwritten letters. We were so looking forward to it😊!
The desk diary was every bit as marvellous as we had imagined and I can’t wait for 2021 so i can begin using it.
The box is definitely something that is going to be cherished by my entire family and we were so happy to see her reading and learning more about our ancient history from such a tender age.
