Words mean a lot to us. They are the foundation of our imagination.
Don’t tell me that you can’t get to the imaginary plane. We all have it within us. It is upto us to make it bigger, better and fit to our context. Most of the people talk about Harry Potter and imagination in one breath. But we forget that imagination actually began with those beautiful comic books for kids.
Amar Chitra Katha with the folktales, moral stories and Superheroes tickled our mental faculties. Tinkle and the characters it held within gave us a wide repertoire of people to think of. Yes! We imagined them, felt for them and could relate to them. Our childhood was framed in the context of that.
“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”
If you are able to value the role of imagination and words put together, the world is yours. So why keep yourself hidden when you can go out and express yourself? Go ahead, write, draw, doodle or just say it loud!
